RouteVerity Privacy Policy
Effective August 21, 2026
RouteVerity Ltd is responsible for personal data processed through RouteVerity as described below. Customers may separately act as controllers for data they submit to the service.
1. Data we collect
We collect account and contact details, workspace configuration, billing and transaction records, support communications, device and log data, and usage events. Customers may submit link, attribution, conversion, partner, and end-user data according to their configuration.
2. How we use data
We use data to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, process requests, measure performance, prevent abuse, provide support, administer billing, communicate service changes, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases
Depending on the context, processing is necessary to perform a contract, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or act on consent. Consent may be withdrawn where it is the applicable basis.
4. Service providers and disclosure
We share data with vetted hosting, database, communications, analytics, payment, fraud-prevention, and support providers only as needed to operate the service. We may disclose data to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. International transfers
Data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards and assess the protections available in the destination jurisdiction.
6. Retention
We retain personal data for the period needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal duties, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Retention depends on data type, workspace settings, account status, and applicable law; data is deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No system is completely secure, so customers must protect credentials, limit access, and report suspected incidents promptly.
8. Your rights
Subject to local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection and may complain to a supervisory authority. Requests can be sent to support@routeverity.com; we may verify identity before acting.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We use necessary storage for authentication, security, preferences, and service operation. Optional analytics or marketing technologies, when enabled, are governed by the choices and notices presented in the relevant experience.
10. Children and changes
The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. We may update this policy and will publish the new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
