RouteVerity Terms of Service
Effective August 21, 2026
These terms form an agreement between RouteVerity Ltd and the person or organization using RouteVerity. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and be authorized to act for any organization you add. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly of suspected compromise.
2. Permitted use
You may use the service for lawful link management, attribution, conversion measurement, and partner operations. You may not use it for phishing, malware, deceptive redirects, unlawful surveillance, sanctions evasion, infringement, harassment, or attempts to bypass security or service limits.
3. Customer content and destinations
You retain ownership of content and destination data you submit. You grant RouteVerity the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, and display that content to provide the service. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and safety of destinations and campaigns.
4. Plans, fees, and taxes
Paid features, billing intervals, usage limits, and prices are shown before purchase or agreed in an order form. Fees are due as stated, exclusive of applicable taxes, and may be changed prospectively with notice. Failed or disputed payments may result in restricted access.
5. Service operation
We may update, secure, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law, or operate the service. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every third-party integration will remain available.
6. Intellectual property
RouteVerity and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, documentation, and marks. These terms do not transfer ownership. Feedback may be used to improve the service without obligation, provided it does not identify confidential customer information.
7. Confidentiality and privacy
Each party must protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the agreement. Our processing of personal data is described in the RouteVerity Privacy Policy and any applicable data-processing agreement.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful conduct, or non-payment. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including payment, ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, and liability limits, remain effective.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss. RouteVerity's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where law does not permit that limitation.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory local rights. We may update these terms prospectively and will publish the effective date; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
